About this care
Welcome to Casa Bilingual Montessori School, an integral child centre at Groen van Prinstererlaan 1 in Pijnacker. We offer daycare (KDV), after-school care (BSO), and bilingual Montessori education fully integrated under one roof. Our care and education are laid out according to the guidelines of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).
Our daycare is divided into two groups: the Nido group for babies aged 4 to 15 months and the Toddler group for children aged 15 months to 3 years. The Nido environment is a gentle, deeply respectful world designed around the youngest children, with natural materials and plenty of space for movement and observation. The Toddler environment is set up as a miniature household where children work towards functional independence: eating independently, dressing and undressing, and caring for the environment.
Our bilingual approach (Dutch and English) allows children to naturally pick up both languages from an early age. We work with an 'All Day, All Year' concept: doors are open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 50 weeks per year. We are only closed during the week between Christmas and New Year, national holidays, and five study days.
Casa is unique in the Netherlands with our 7 Pillars: AMI Montessori, Positive Discipline, a continuous learning path from 4 months to 12 years, Nature Education, Bilingual Program, All Day All Year, and Nutrition and Food Preparation.
