About this care
KDV de Bolderik is located at Het Geleer 33 in the centre of Heeswijk-Dinther and is part of Kindertuin, an organisation with over 25 years of experience in childcare. We provide daycare for up to 31 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our facility has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 6 September 2021 under number 253657908.
We are housed in the same building as primary school De Bolderik. This unique collaboration allows children from the baby and toddler groups to become familiar with the school environment from an early age. Thanks to our shared pedagogical vision, we ensure a smooth transition when your child turns 4 and starts school. We celebrate special moments together, such as the weekly opening activities on Mondays, so that your child already experiences the school as a familiar place.
Our opening hours are flexible: on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays we are ready from 07:00 to 18:30. There is no early childhood education (VE) on site, allowing us to focus fully on the development and care of the very youngest. We use a horizontal group structure, with babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers cared for in separate age groups. This provides calm, safety and activities that are perfectly suited to your child’s stage of development.

- Consistent caregiver criterion not complied with: 0-year-old baby had four different staff members assigned (maximum two), 2-year-old child had eight different staff members assigned (maximum three)
- Mentorship not in order: four children had no mentor or a non-active mentor
- Safety and health policy: insufficient safeguarding of the four-eyes principle when only one staff member is present (four days)
- Not acting in accordance with policy: staff member wears non-smooth rings, changing mat not cleaned after every nappy change
- Insufficient knowledge of the reporting code on domestic violence and child abuse among staff
- Insufficient knowledge of the duty to report, consult and file a complaint among staff
Summary
Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Bolderik in Heeswijk-Dinther was inspected on 24 August 2026. The location meets the requirements for pedagogical climate, personnel register and content of the reporting code. However, multiple violations were identified in the areas of staff and groups and safety and health, including failure to assign consistent caregivers, missing mentorship, not acting in accordance with safety policy, and insufficient knowledge of the reporting code. Due to recurrence of two violations, no recovery offer was made. In their response, the provider indicated that measures have been taken, including merging base groups and updating mentor administration. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises enforcement.
