Welcome to KDV Arum de Oanrin, our daycare centre located at Sytzamaweg 62A in the heart of Arum. We provide professional care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our experienced team of pedagogical staff follows a development-oriented approach, placing the needs and pace of your child at the centre. The groups are arranged horizontally, giving babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers separate areas that match their developmental stage. Each room is equipped with safe sleeping places, bottle warmers and cosy corners. We offer bottle feeding and respect individual sleep and feeding rhythms. Summary
Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Arum de Oanrin, part of Kids First COP groep, was inspected on 22 April 2026 by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Fryslân. The childcare facility offers places for 16 children aged 2–4 years in one permanent group and is located in primary school De Oanrin in Arum. The annual inspection included document review, a site visit, conversations with childcare professionals, and contact with the team manager. All examined domains – pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and accommodation – show that the location fully meets the statutory quality requirements. No areas for improvement or violations were identified. The pedagogical practice demonstrated sensitive and responsive guidance, in which children were playfully challenged in their development. The accommodation has sufficient indoor and outdoor play space. The holder did not make use of the opportunity to submit a statement of views.
