About this care
Welcome to KC 't Erf, our daycare center located at Ronde Erf 2 in Veenendaal. As part of Kwink, we provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. We have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since August 17, 2017, under number 119311124.
Our location is part of an Integral Child Center (IKC) where education and childcare come together. We share the building with primary school Het Erf, which means we will soon be housed in a new, contemporary building at Ronde Erf 6. This collaboration offers many advantages: staff from different organizations can easily find each other and utilize each other's expertise for optimal support of your child.
At KC 't Erf, we believe that children who feel comfortable develop optimally. We create a warm atmosphere with plenty of personal attention and focus on what children can do themselves, no matter how small they are. We give your child the space to discover on their own, to climb and clamber, to take initiative, and especially to color outside the lines.

- During mealtimes, the location does not follow its own nutrition policy: staff do not sit at the table with the children, and children are given insufficient opportunity to spread their own bread, leaving pedagogical opportunities untapped
Summary
KC 't Erf is a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) in Veenendaal with 16 places for children aged 2–4. The inspection on 11 June 2025 assessed the quality as sufficient, with one area for improvement: during lunch, practice did not align with the nutrition policy. The pedagogical staff did not sit at the table with the children and offered limited opportunity for children to spread their own bread. Following a recovery offer, the location submitted a plan to revise mealtimes: staff will join the children at the table, children will be given more independence, and a pilot will start after the summer vacation. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) considers this plan realistic. No violations were identified. No enforcement action is recommended.
