Summary

This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) with Ms. C. Kaptein-van der Ham at Sportlaan 5 in Heerde. The inspection was carried out by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland on behalf of the municipality of Heerde. The host parent is affiliated with Gastouderbureau Bij de hand and provides care for a maximum of 6 children, primarily on Wednesdays. The care takes place in her own home. The investigation shows that the host parent meets all statutory requirements, including registration, pedagogical climate, expertise, accommodation and safety.
