About this care
Peuteropvang Kapoentje is located on the ground floor of primary school De Klimophoeve at Hoefweg 49 in Bleiswijk. We provide toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years in a safe and familiar environment. Our group is horizontally structured, meaning all children within the same age range play and learn together. We use the recognized Early Childhood Education programme Puk&Ko to stimulate your child’s language, numeracy and social skills through play. Care is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and on Wednesday from 8.30 a.m. to 12.15 p.m. You can drop off your child between 8.20 and 8.30 a.m. and pick them up again after school on the playground. Summary
The annual inspection on 10 February 2026 at daycare center Kapoentje in Bleiswijk shows a predominantly positive picture. The toddler group, part of SKPR, accommodates 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. Most quality requirements were found to be in order immediately, including pedagogical policy, staff qualifications, staff-to-child ratios, safety policy and domestic violence reporting protocol. There was one violation: staff members had insufficient knowledge of the reporting, consultation and notification obligation, specifically the possibility of contacting the confidential inspector in cases of suspected abuse by the provider. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) issued a recovery offer, which the provider utilized. An action plan has been implemented and the violation has been recovered. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
