Summary

GGD Flevoland conducted an unannounced follow-up inspection at BSO Jessi Kidz in Lelystad on 1 September 2026. This inspection followed an annual inspection on 17 February 2026 during which violations were identified in the areas of pedagogical climate, safety and health, and accommodation. The holder has remedied most shortcomings, including supplementing the pedagogical policy, the safety and health policy, and the layout of the playroom. However, one new violation was identified: an 11-month-old baby was present at the after-school care (BSO), while this care is intended exclusively for primary school children. The holder has indicated that this was incidental and that measures have been taken. The advice to the municipality is not to enforce.
