About this care
Welcome to Jannekes Trots, a warm and close-knit daycare centre located at Kruisweg 2 in Uden. We are open 52 weeks a year from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding national holidays. Our professional team consists of qualified childcare staff, all trained according to the Childcare CAO and certified in paediatric first aid. We work according to our own developed Pedagogical Plan, where having fun is key. Nothing is mandatory, (almost) everything is allowed.
There is always time for a hug and a shoulder to comfort. We tuck your child in when it's bedtime. Every evening our cleaner ensures a clean play area, so our staff can focus fully on the children during the day. We offer both fixed childcare days and flexible childcare. With flexible childcare, you decide when your child comes to play, on which day or part of the day that suits you.
Our location has its own garden/group space where children can play safely. We use vertical groups, which means children aged 0-4 play and learn together in one group. This promotes social development and group feeling.Read more

Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Janneke's Trots in Uden was inspected on 4 May 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hart voor Brabant. The location provides care for up to 46 children aged 0 to 4 years in three vertical core groups. All assessed quality requirements regarding pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and parental rights have been met. The pedagogical practice demonstrates warm, responsive interactions and good language stimulation. The parent committee is satisfied with the childcare. No violations or areas for improvement were identified in this annual inspection. The municipality of Maashorst is advised not to take enforcement measures. The inspection history does note previous violations from 2023, 2024, and 2025, all of which have since been resolved.
