This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by J.J.G. van der Hoff Pinas at Alkmaarseweg 162 in Beverwijk, conducted by GGD Kennemerland on 3 November 2025. The childminder meets all statutory quality requirements regarding general conditions, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, accommodation and facilities, and safety and health. The childminder holds a relevant bachelor's degree and a valid first aid certificate. During the inspection, two safety issues were identified: mold on a wall on the first floor due to a leak, and a door with single-pane glass on the ground floor. The mold-affected room is not used for children and professionals are repairing the leak. Following the inspection visit, the childminder independently applied safety film to the window, of which the GGD received photographs by email. No violations or recovery offers were identified. The GGD gives a positive recommendation for registration in the National Childcare Register.
