Parents are entitled to childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) if their childminder is registered in the national childcare register. The costs of childcare are partially reimbursed by the government, which can amount to up to 2/3 of the amount. Parents can make their own calculation at www.toeslagen.nl or have a personal calculation made by the agency. To qualify for childcare benefit, one must take into account conditions such as: using a recognised childcare organisation, children attending primary school, working outside the household, and being able to demonstrate childcare expenses by keeping invoices.

The costs for childminder care (gastouderopvang) via Inimini consist of two parts. The first part is the hourly rate to the childminder, which usually ranges between €5.50 and €8.00 per hour per child, plus any expense allowances for food, drink and nappies. The second part is the agency costs: for day care (0-4 years) €32 per month for 1 child, €59 for 2 children, €66 for 3 or more children. For after-school care (BSO) (4-12 years) €27 per month for 1 child, €54 for 2 children, €66 for 3 or more children. Combinations are calculated pro rata. There are no registration or mediation costs. Payment is processed through the agency (cashier function) via automatic direct debit, with the childminder being paid within 5 working days.

Childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Inimini selects childminders according to strict criteria. Childminders must be at least 18 years old, hold an MBO-2 diploma in Care Assistance (Welfare) or equivalent, have a valid first aid certificate, be able to present a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), and speak Dutch. Household members over 18 must also submit a VOG. The agency assesses childminders on experience, lifestyle, motivation, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to offer warmth and security. After registration, an intake interview follows in which it is assessed whether the childminder possesses sufficient qualities to work through the agency.

Childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Inimini is an officially recognised childminder agency registered in the national childcare register. The agency applies the 'Risk Inventory and Evaluation of Safety and Hygiene' which guarantees a safe, child-friendly care environment. All childminders hold at least an MBO-2 diploma, a valid first aid certificate, and a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). The pedagogical policy is checked by the GGD (Municipal Health Service). The agency is affiliated with the disputes committee for complaint handling and works in accordance with the Childcare Act.
