Welcome to Kindcentrum Florent BSO, located in the brand-new building at St. Annastraat 17 in the heart of Uden. We are operated by Nummereen Kinderopvang and share the premises with primary schools Aventurijn and De Klimboom. Our after-school care offers home-style group rooms that open directly onto a large outdoor area complete with slide, play house and bikes. After school, children can choose from a varied programme: burn off energy in the gym, explore the neighbouring Hofstad playground, or relax in the group. We believe children should decide how they spend their free time; our professional staff provide both structure and freedom for individual initiative. Thanks to our close partnership with the schools, children walk straight to us after class and we can link up with school activities when desired. Summary
GGD Hart voor Brabant conducted an unannounced incidental inspection at Kindcentrum Florent BSO in Uden on 9 June 2026, commissioned by the municipality of Maashorst. The inspection was carried out in response to an application to expand the number of childcare places from 60 to 72. The inspection comprised document review, a site visit on 14 July 2026, and an interview with the location manager. All assessed quality requirements have been met: general terms of quality and compliance, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and accommodation. The after-school care (BSO) will open a third base group on 24 August 2026. The spaces meet the requirements with sufficient indoor and outdoor play areas. The GGD advises the municipal executive board to grant the request for amendment in the National Childcare Register.
