• Stability of care: children from daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) 1 are received at KDV 2 from 7:00 a.m. onwards, whereas the work plan stipulates that this is only permitted during holidays, extra care days or illness (mitigating circumstance: the provider has since amended the work plan)

GGD Zeeland conducted an unannounced follow-up inspection on 16 July 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) IKC de Wingerd in Goes, part of Kinderopvang Gloed. The location provides care for 50 children aged 0-4 years and has been an early childhood education location since August 2025. In this inspection, two previously identified shortcomings were reassessed. The location meets most quality requirements, but two violations have been identified that have not yet been resolved.
