About this care
Hoera Kelpen-Oler is a daycare center located in the heart of Kelpen-Oler at Prins Bernhardstraat 5. As part of Hoera kindercentra, we provide professional childcare in a homely atmosphere for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location is officially registered in the National Childcare Register and offers space for up to 12 children, allowing us to work on a small scale and provide personal attention.
We believe that every child is unique and deserves to feel safe, comfortable and at ease. Our team of dedicated pedagogical staff follows the VVE program Uk & Puk, through which we stimulate language and speech development in a playful way. We carefully observe each child to determine their needs and tailor our activities accordingly. These observations are regularly discussed with parents so that we can follow the development together.
At Hoera Kelpen-Oler, playing together, discovering and developing are central. We provide a safe and stimulating environment in which children can grow at their own pace. Summary
The annual inspection on 3 June 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Hoera Kelpen-Oler showed that the location largely complies with legislation and regulations. One shortcoming was identified in the area of safety and health: during a toilet training moment, the hygiene guidelines were not followed. The used potty stood for 1.5 hours with urine in the sink, and neither the staff member nor the child washed their hands afterwards. This poses a risk of spreading germs. The holder acknowledged the finding, brought the agreements to the staff member's attention again, and has committed to remaining vigilant on this matter. On all other subjects (pedagogical climate, personnel, accommodation, parental rights), the location is compliant.
