Summary

Peuteropvang Het Speelhuis in Mechelen, part of Stichting Spelentère, was inspected by GGD Zuid-Limburg on 5 March 2026. The unannounced annual inspection demonstrated that the location meets all assessed quality requirements in the areas of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and safety and health. The pedagogical professionals work with the VVE method Speelplezier and stimulate children's development in the areas of language, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional development. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The GGD advises the municipality of Gulpen-Wittem not to take enforcement measures.
