About this care
Welcome to BSO Het Schateiland, located at Groene Zoom 4 in Bodegraven. As part of Junis Kinderopvang, we provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 years. Registered in the National Childcare Register since January 1, 2010, under number 866995377, we offer a safe and fun environment for up to 24 children.
We collaborate closely with our neighbors at BSO Robinson, located at Groene Zoom 2. During school holidays and study days, we join forces to provide a diverse activity program. Our pedagogical staff pick up children on foot from nearby primary schools. For schools located further away, we use our own (bike) buses or arrange transport with a taxi company to ensure every child arrives safely.

Summary
BSO Het Schateiland at Groene Zoom 4 in Bodegraven was rejected during the unannounced annual inspection on 11 March 2025. The after-school care (BSO) location has recently been taken out of use, and all children are temporarily being cared for at BSO Stormbreker. The organisation, Stichting Junis Kinderopvang, failed to report this change to the municipality of Bodegraven-Reeuwijk within the statutory timeframe. As a result, the registration in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) is not up to date, which constitutes a violation of Article 1.47 of the Childcare Act (Wet kinderopvang). The Municipal Health Service (GGD) has not issued a recovery offer (herstelaanbod). The municipality is advised not to proceed with enforcement, as the provider acknowledges the violation and has presented a plan to bring the location back into use after the summer holiday of 2025. The provider agrees with the contents of the report.
