The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland conducted an annual inspection on 10 July 2025 at childminder Mrs H. van de Vosse at Wippenbeldweg 3 in Epe. The childminder provides care through childminder agency Bij de hand for up to six children aged 0-4 years on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Care takes place in her home with an enclosed garden, where children can also help look after animals. Overall, the childminder meets the statutory requirements. There is a positive pedagogical climate with attention for emotional safety, self-reliance and social skills. However, a recovery offer was issued due to non-compliance with hygiene measures when changing children: the changing area was not cleaned after each child and hands were not washed between changes. The childminder accepted the recovery offer and demonstrated on 14 July 2025 that her practice has been adapted, including with a new changing mat and hand hygiene after each nappy change.
