This inspection report concerns an unannounced annual inspection on 6 January 2025 at childminder Til de Vegt at Hunze 1 in Drachten, conducted by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Fryslân on behalf of municipality Smallingerland. The childminder provides care through childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Spring and is registered for 6 childcare places. At the time of inspection, 2 children in care were present (ages 1 and 3), in addition to 3 of the childminder's own children. The inspection comprised a desk review, site visit and interview with the childminder. All assessed inspection items were found satisfactory. The childminder holds the correct diploma (Specialised Pedagogical Worker), a valid first aid certificate (until 1 October 2025), Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and is registered in the persons register. The home meets all requirements for play, sleep and outdoor space. The risk assessment is up to date (drawn up 30 September 2024). The childminder knows the reporting code for domestic violence and child abuse and knows how to act on suspicions of abuse through the childminder agency. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The childminder did not make use of the opportunity to submit a response.
