This inspection report concerns an unannounced annual investigation on 27 May 2024 at childminder M.M.M.A. Roodenrijs-Claassens in Julianadorp. The childminder provides care for a maximum of 6 children through childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Kop van Noord-Holland. Initially, shortcomings were identified in the risk assessment for safety and health: a missing volunteer declaration for the partner, a missing smoke detector on the attic and no accident registration form. Following a recovery offer, the childminder remedied all three points within the deadline. All other assessed requirements (registration, pedagogical climate, expertise, accommodation, group composition, reporting code and parental authority obligation) were found to be in order immediately. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
