The inspection report of 6 November 2025 concerns the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Ms S. Mohangoo at Patagoniëdreef 1 in Utrecht. The childcare has been registered since 2014 with four places for children aged 0 to 3 years. During this unannounced annual inspection, one child aged 2 years was present. The inspection assessed quality requirements in the areas of pedagogical climate, childminder competence, accommodation and furnishings, and safety and health. All assessed domains met statutory requirements. The childminder offers a structured daily routine with sufficient indoor and outdoor activities, works with themes, and pays extra attention to language development. In October 2024, there were still shortcomings in the areas of accommodation and safety, which were resolved through a recovery offer within the investigation. No new violations or areas for improvement were identified during the current inspection.
