• The risk assessment was insufficiently location-specific: the heating was on while this was prohibited in the risk assessment, the trampoline in the garden had been removed without updating the assessment, and there were no agreements about showering an attending child in the evening

Summary

GGD Flevoland conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 4 February 2025 at childminder M. Fräser in Almere. The childminder provides care for a maximum of five children aged 0-4 years in her own home and is affiliated with childminder agency Tiqui. The overall assessment is that the childminder provides responsible childcare following the recovery offer. Two violations were identified which have since been rectified. The advice to the municipality is not to enforce.
