The inspection showed that the childminder meets the statutory quality requirements in virtually all areas. No violations were identified. However, the childminder was found to not be fully aware of the duty to report, consult, and notify (MOA), although she did have knowledge of the reporting code for child abuse. This point will be reassessed at the next inspection visit. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
