At Kind&co ludens you will find small-scale childminder (gastouder) care in a homely atmosphere, where a maximum of six children are cared for per childminder. This ensures plenty of individual attention and a calm environment. The childminders work according to the Pedagogical Heart of Kind&co ludens and are supported by fixed contact persons from the agency. Parents can easily contact the childminder for personal handovers and can discuss changing times and days by arrangement. The agency mediates between parents and childminders and remains involved throughout the entire care period.

Kind&co ludens has childminders in many municipalities in central Netherlands. Parents can find childminders in their area via the location finder on the website. The service office is located in Houten, but childminders are spread across various places in the region.

Kind&co ludens is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) and has GGD inspection reports that can be viewed online. The organisation meets the new quality requirements for childminder care that will come into effect on 1 July 2026. As a social childcare provider without profit motive, the organisation invests all revenue in the development of children.

The agency is regularly inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) and no violations were found during the last inspection. All childminders have a Certificate of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG) and are properly linked in the Childcare Persons Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang/PRK). The agency carries out annual risk assessments and spends a minimum of 16 hours per year on guidance per childminder.
