All childminders have a Certificate of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG) and are properly linked in the Childcare Persons Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang/PRK). The agency carries out annual risk assessments and spends a minimum of 16 hours per year on guidance per childminder.

All childminders are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) and hold a Certificate of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag/VOG). The agency has an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act (Wet kinderopvang).
