At Christelijk Gastouderbureau De Herberg, we believe personal attention is essential. Our childminders (gastouders) provide small-scale childcare for a maximum of 5 children under 4 years old, allowing room for individual guidance. We support you through the entire process: from the intake interview and the search for a suitable childminder (gastouder) to the placement and aftercare. Our placement coordinators are pedagogically trained and always here for you. Childminder care (gastouderopvang) with us means care in a homely environment with one consistent caregiver for your child, at favourable rates with entitlement to childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag).

Christelijk Gastouderbureau De Herberg has childminders (gastouders) throughout the Netherlands, always close to home. We have 15 local locations serving different regions. Care can take place at the childminder's (gastouder's) home or at the parents' home. Our network includes childminders (gastouders) in numerous places across the country.

As a recognised childminder agency (gastouderbureau), we comply with all legal requirements of the Childcare Act (Wet Kinderopvang). Our childminders (gastouders) are registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) and are regularly inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). We conduct personal intake interviews, evaluation meetings, and annual risk assessments. Our placement coordinators are pedagogically trained professionals who safeguard the quality of care. We have a complaints procedure and are affiliated with a disputes committee.
