This inspection report concerns an annual investigation conducted on 22 July 2025 at the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Ms. M. Dekker at Potgieterstraat 7 in Harderwijk. The childminder provides care through childminder agency ViaViela for four grandchildren, on Monday afternoons and Tuesdays. The inspection included document review, a site visit, and an interview. The care meets all examined legal requirements. There was one discussion point: both camp beds contained an extra mattress, which was not in accordance with the risk assessment. The childminder resolved this immediately by removing the extra mattresses. No violations were identified and no recovery offer was issued. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
