Summary

GGD Hart voor Brabant conducted an annual inspection on 8 December 2025 at childminder Boer in Sint-Oedenrode. The childminder provides after-school care for three children aged 5 to 10 years at the requesting parents' address and is placed through Gastouderland Brabant Noord Oost. All areas (registration, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, accommodation and furnishings) met the quality requirements. Regarding safety and health, the childminder was initially unaware of the duty to report, consult, and file charges in cases of suspected sexual abuse or abuse by the childminder agency. Following a recovery offer, the childminder now meets these requirements. It is advised that no enforcement measures be taken.
