Summary

This inspection report concerns an annual investigation into childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Bakker de Boer in Urk, conducted by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Flevoland. The childminder provides care for two grandchildren (ages 2 and 4) in the home of the requesting parent. The inspection consisted of an unannounced visit on 17 April 2025 (the childminder was absent due to rehabilitation) and a follow-up visit on 8 July 2025 during which the pedagogical quality was assessed. The general conclusion is that the childminder provides responsible childcare. All assessed components meet the legal requirements. No violations or areas for improvement have been identified. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
