This unannounced annual inspection of 13 May 2025 concerns the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Ansah-Britsemmer in Gouda, registered for six childcare places. The inspection was carried out by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Midden on behalf of the municipality of Gouda. The childminder provides care for a maximum of five children aged 1 to 3 years on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. There are two active mediation relationships with childminder agencies. During the visit, four children were present. The inspection included document review, site visit and an interview with the childminder. All assessed quality requirements have been met, including pedagogical climate, professional competence, accommodation and safety. No areas for improvement or violations were identified. The advice to the municipal executive is: no enforcement action.
