Summary
This follow-up inspection of 27 January 2026 of childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Hartmann in Leusden was conducted following an earlier deviation found during the annual inspection of 27 May 2025. At that inspection, two violations were identified: an adult household member was not registered in the Childcare Persons Register (PRK) and did not hold a Certificate of Conduct (VOG), and the care was not smoke-free. This follow-up inspection has shown that both shortcomings have been resolved. All adult household members and regular visitors are now correctly registered in the PRK and hold a VOG. The home and outdoor area are also now smoke-free. The location once again meets all legal requirements.
