Gastouderbureau Kidko operates in four provinces: Zuid-Holland, Utrecht, Noord-Brabant and West-Gelderland. The bureau was started more than 14 years ago in Alblasserdam and has grown to become the largest childminder bureau in the Drechtsteden region. With more than 130 childminders spread across these regions, we can provide parents in a large area with suitable childcare. Kidko meets all legal requirements of the Childcare Act (Wet Kinderopvang) and is registered in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang) under number 181692363. The bureau has a current GGD inspection report (2025) and holds a complaint-free certificate (2024). All childminders must hold at least a diploma MBO-2 Helpende Zorg en Welzijn and are regularly screened. Kidko carries out annual risk assessments at childminders and provides access to an external complaints committee.

Parelopvang mediates between parents and Christian childminders (gastouders) for small-scale, homely childcare. Parents can search for a childminder themselves via the free OpvangMarkt or request personal mediation. The agency supports the full placement process, from introduction to contract, and offers advice on childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag). With over 300 affiliated childminders and ongoing quality monitoring through GGD inspections, Parelopvang provides reliable care in a Christian environment.

Christelijk Gastouderbureau Parelopvang is based in Den Ham and mediates childminder (gastouder) childcare throughout the Netherlands. The agency has over 300 affiliated Christian childminders spread across various regions. Parents can search for childcare in their own region via the OpvangMarkt or use Parelopvang's mediation service for a match in their area.

Parelopvang is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK number 576811993) and falls under the supervision of GGD Twente. The agency has a current inspection report from the GGD and works in accordance with statutory quality requirements. There is a complaints procedure via the Childcare Complaints Desk and a parent committee that represents the interests of parents. Childminders (gastouders) are screened and must meet professional requirements, including Christian identity and pedagogical competence.
