Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected after-school care (BSO) Grote KOM in Epe on 7 July 2026 for registration in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang). The location, part of KOM Kinderopvang Op Maat, accommodates 48 children in two base groups (Krekels and Sprinkhanen) for children aged 4 to 12 years. The inspection consisted of an announced document review, site visit, and interviews. All assessed domains met the statutory requirements: general terms and conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation, and parental rights. The holder cooperated constructively and submitted revised documents in a timely manner. Several policy plans were approved after supplementation. The premises were not yet furnished during the visit, but the holder demonstrated convincingly that this would be done safely and appropriately. A follow-up inspection of practical implementation will take place within three months of registration.
