About this care
BSO Stolwijk is located at Bilwijkerweg 6c in the centre of Stolwijk and is part of gro-up childcare. We provide after-school care for up to 43 children aged 4 to 12. Our team of caring, professionally trained staff makes every child feel safe and at home.
After school, children can come to us for relaxation, play and challenging activities. We offer a warm, homely environment where children can play, discover and spend time with friends. The premises are spacious, giving plenty of room for both quiet and active moments.
We work closely with the primary schools in the immediate area, so we can collect the children safely after school and bring them to the BSO. During school holidays we organise themed activities and outings, ensuring a varied and enjoyable programme.

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Midden conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 20 November 2025 at after-school care (BSO) Stolwijk, part of Gro-up Kinderopvang. The location provides care for 43 children aged 4 to 8 years in three core groups, housed in the building of primary school De Sterrenboom. All assessed quality requirements have been met: pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights. The pedagogical practice demonstrates emotional security through permanent staff and clear communication. The range of activities is varied with sufficient opportunity for rest. There is always a staff member with a first aid certificate present. All staff are correctly registered in the childcare personnel register and receive annual coaching. No shortcomings, areas for improvement or violations were identified.
