Summary

An unannounced incidental inspection was conducted on 31 August 2026 at the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Ms. van Grinsven in Vlijmen by GGD Hart voor Brabant, on behalf of the municipality of Heusden. The inspection was carried out following a report concerning safety, related to renovation work at the home where the care takes place. The childminder provides after-school care (BSO) on Mondays and Tuesdays for three children, at the residential address of the requesting parent. Two violations were identified, for which a recovery offer (herstelaanbod) was made. The childminder responded adequately and the violations have been resolved. The location now meets all quality requirements.
