Summary

GGD IJsselland conducted an unannounced incidental inspection on 8 July 2026 at childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) GOV Nanny Monique Koers in Kampen. The care takes place in the home of the requesting parents at Zomerbed 16. The host parent cares for children aged 3, 5 and 8 years on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Almost all areas immediately complied with the law: registration, cooperation, Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and persons register, expertise and training, language proficiency, spaces and safety and health. Only the pedagogical work plan initially lacked three elements: the description of layout of indoor and outdoor play spaces and play materials, how new children can settle in, and how children's development is monitored. The host parent was given a recovery offer for this. On 14 July 2026, a revised work plan was submitted that did comply. The pedagogical practice was assessed positively: the host parent was sensitive, responsive and actively involved the children in activities such as making a banana cake.
