Summary

Childminder agency De Jonge Talentjes in Sint Willebrord was inspected on 13 February 2025 by GGD West-Brabant. The agency meets most statutory requirements regarding pedagogical policy, personnel, safety and health, and parental rights. One violation was identified: the annual overview for childminders was missing mandatory information such as the childminder's date of birth, amounts paid, childcare hours, average hourly rate, and name and citizen service number (BSN) of parents. Following a recovery offer with extension, the provider subsequently completed the overview in full on 19 March 2025. The violation has thereby been resolved. In its response, the provider indicated disagreement with the assessment but did amend the administration. The GGD advises the municipality of Rucphen not to apply enforcement action.
