Founders Marjelle and Chantal asked themselves: 'How can we ensure children have a wonderful time while their parents are at work?' This question forms the basis of their approach. Pedagogical vision
Villa Kroost works with the approach and training of Gezonde Kinderopvang (Healthy Childcare) to promote a healthy lifestyle for children and the expertise of its childminders. The founders have kept their pedagogical knowledge up to date theoretically and are both pedagogical coaches. They are also certified to provide the recognised IKK babysitter training. Marjelle is a healthy childcare coach and Chantal is a behaviour advisor in childcare. They value personal and professional development and regularly offer workshops and courses for childminders.
