ViaViela helps parents find a suitable childminder (gastouder) in the Ede, Veenendaal and Wageningen region. We mediate between parents and professional childminders who are registered with the LRK (National Childcare Register) and work in small groups of up to 6 children for personal attention. Our dedicated regional contact person guides you through the entire process: from discussing your childcare needs and cost calculation to meeting childminders and starting care. We ensure quality assurance through regular visits to care locations and support both parents and childminders with administration, invoicing and pedagogical questions.

All affiliated childminders are registered in the National Childcare Register and hold the required diplomas and Certificate of Conduct (VOG). The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspects the agency annually and childminders every two years. ViaViela itself conducts at least two visits per year to every care location to ensure safety, hygiene and pedagogical quality. There is an internal complaints procedure and an active parent committee.
