Summary
GGD regio Utrecht conducted an unannounced follow-up inspection on 19 May 2026 at after-school care (BSO) Elorah Leerbroek in Leerbroek, part of Stichting Kibeo. The location provides care for up to 12 children aged 4 to 12 years on Tuesday and Thursday after school hours. The inspection focused on the pedagogical policy, specifically the description of staff shifts and break times. Previously, at the post-registration inspection on 25 November 2025, this concrete description was missing and a recovery offer was issued. The holder initially refused to implement changes. At this current inspection, the pedagogical policy plan now does comply: staff shifts, breaks and the three-hour rule are clearly described. No new violations were identified. The advice to the municipality of Vijfheerenlanden is: no enforcement.
