The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report dated 3 February 2026 for daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Elorah de Valk in Lunteren, a toddler group for a maximum of 15 children (ages 2.5–4 years) operated by Stichting Kibeo, presents a predominantly positive picture. The location meets all assessed quality requirements: administration, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation, and parental rights. The pedagogical practice is strong, with attention to emotional safety, development of personal and social competencies, and value transmission.
