At Skidkinderopvang, we offer a safe and warm environment where children can develop to their full potential. Our daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) is suitable for children from 0 to 4 years old, while our after-school care (BSO) welcomes children from 4 to 12 years old. We work with vertical groups, which means children of different ages play and learn together. This promotes social development and creates a cosy atmosphere.
Our locations feature spacious indoor and outdoor areas where children are free to play and explore. We provide healthy meals and use organic products wherever possible. In addition, we offer an extensive activity programme focused on both educational and creative development. Think crafts, music, dance and outdoor activities.
We attach great value to good communication with parents. Through our parent app, we keep you informed of your child's daily activities and development. Summary
GGD Drenthe conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 31 August 2026 at BSO Ekiseven in Annen, a location of Stichting Skid with 30 places for school-age children. The inspection assessed the pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights. All areas meet the statutory requirements. Staff members are familiar with the pedagogical policy and work in accordance with it. All staff members hold valid Certificates of Conduct (Verklaringen omtrent het Gedrag/VOG), were registered in the Childcare Persons Register in a timely manner, and have the required qualifications. The safety and health policy is complete and up-to-date, with adequate first aid qualifications present. The domestic violence and child abuse reporting code meets all requirements. Parents are well informed through the website, intake process, and parent portal. There is an active parent committee and a proper complaints procedure. No complaints were received in 2025.
