Welcome to Eigenwijsjerijk Kinderopvang, a small-scale and unique childcare organization in Winterswijk. With us, a homely feeling and your child's safety come first. We offer a warm and trusted environment where children can feel at home and grow at their own pace. Our vision is based on the Reggio Emilia approach, in which we give children the space to discover the world and develop themselves.
We offer both daycare (0-4 years) and after-school care (BSO) (4-12 years). Our groups are vertically structured, meaning children of different ages play and learn together. This promotes social development and creates a close group atmosphere. We work with familiar faces and plenty of personal attention, so your child quickly feels at home.
At Eigenwijsjerijk, we believe it's important that children spend lots of time outdoors and can explore the world. We offer a wide range of activities, such as arts and crafts, music and movement, and language development. In addition, we have a large outdoor space where children can play freely. Our meals are healthy and varied, and diapers are included in the price. We use a parent app, so you'll always stay informed about your child's daily activities.Read more

Summary
Eigenwijsjerijk BSO Belevingsrijk in Winterswijk provides after-school care (BSO) for up to 20 children aged 4–7. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected the location on 6 May 2025 and concluded that all legal requirements are met. The pedagogical staff work in a child-centered manner, provide structure and emotional safety, and use both outdoor and indoor materials to stimulate development. All staff members hold a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), appropriate diploma, and are correctly registered in the persons register. The safety and health policy is in place and adhered to, as is the domestic violence reporting protocol. The premises are safe and meet surface area requirements. Parents are informed through multiple channels; a parent committee of 6 parents is active and a complaints procedure is affiliated with the Disputes Committee. No violations were identified. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action.
