The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected the after-school care (BSO) Eigen&Wijzer BSO Het Bonte Koetje in Montfoort on 11 November 2025. The location meets requirements in three domains (safety and health, accommodation, parental rights), but not in pedagogical climate and staff and groups. The BSO child was cared for in the toddler group of the adjacent daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) on the day of inspection due to staff illness and to provide the child with company. This is not permitted as both locations are registered separately. The holder acknowledges the error and promises improvement. The GGD advises enforcement with mitigating circumstances.
