Peuterspeelgroep De Vossestaart is part of Kindcentrum De Vossestaart, a small-scale public village school in the heart of Hall. We provide care for up to 8 toddlers each morning in a safe, familiar environment. Our playgroup is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 08:30 to 12:00 during school weeks.

We strive to contribute to a positive self-image so that your child can face the world with confidence.
Parents are primarily responsible for upbringing; we share this responsibility with you. We provide familiar faces and a regular pedagogical employee. If a staff member is unexpectedly absent, we will inform you via KOVnet and, if possible, deploy a regular substitute. You are most welcome for an introductory visit.Read more

Summary
Peuterspeelgroep De Vossestaart (daycare center/kinderdagverblijf/KDV) in Hall, part of Stichting Archipel Kinderopvang, was inspected unannounced on 2 December 2025. The location provides care for up to 8 children aged 2-4 years on four mornings per week. The inspection team found that all assessed statutory requirements are met. The pedagogical policy is clearly documented and the childcare professional works consistently in accordance with this policy. The practice observation shows that children are emotionally safe, their development is stimulated through play, and social skills are actively guided. The childcare professional knows each child by name, tailors activities to individual needs, and promotes positive interactions. All staff hold a valid Certificate of Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG), are correctly registered in the PRK, and have the required qualifications and language proficiency. The staffing ratio was in order during the visit (5 children, 1 childcare professional) and rosters and attendance records also show that sufficient qualified staff were deployed in the preceding weeks. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The municipality of Brummen is advised not to take enforcement measures.
