Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for De Vlinderboom peuteropvang (toddler care), a new daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) location in Roosendaal of existing operator Patricia van Dijk. The location provides care for a maximum of 16 children aged 2.5 to 4 years, inspired by Montessori and a natural, mindful vision. The inspection took place during ongoing renovation works. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) assessed all components: general conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation and parental rights. All aspects meet the statutory requirements. The accommodation consists of a group room of approximately 40 m², play area of approximately 24 m² and a shared outdoor area of more than 300 m². The operator has all required policy plans, declarations and arrangements in order. The GGD gives a positive recommendation for 16 childcare places (instead of the 14 applied for).
