Summary

Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Verbinding in Lent, part of KION Kinderopvang B.V., was inspected by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Gelderland-Zuid on 2 December 2025. The unannounced annual inspection demonstrated that the location with 64 childcare places meets all assessed quality requirements. The four core groups (two vertical 0-4 years groups, one 0-2 years group, and one toddler group 2-4 years) provide a pedagogical climate in which children feel emotionally safe and are stimulated in their development. The staff-child ratio was correct in all groups, staff hold appropriate qualifications and Certificates of Conduct (VOG), and the administration was fully in order. No shortcomings or violations were identified.
