This inspection report concerns a post-registration investigation of after-school care (BSO) Sport BSO Dalem-Koolhoven in Tilburg, part of De Spelende Kinderopvang. The childcare is located in the canteen of football club Gudok and accommodates a maximum of 44 children aged 4 to 13 years. At the time of inspection, only 2 children were present. All assessed quality requirements have been met: administration, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and accommodation. The pedagogical practice demonstrates respectful, responsive guidance with attention to children's wishes. Regarding the theme of alcohol on the premises, original measures proved unworkable; the provider addressed this proactively by installing locks on the tap and refrigerator. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
