De Plezierwier dagopvang

Welcome to De Plezierwier day-care centre, located at Nieuwestreek 33 in the heart of Ezinge. Since 7 March 2022 we have been offering warm and secure childcare in a beautiful, newly renovated space inside the village community centre for children aged 0 to 4. We are open every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; flexible care from 7.30 a.m. or after 6 p.m. is possible by arrangement. Our small-scale day-care centre has room for a maximum of 12 children, allowing us to give each child the personal attention they deserve. We work with horizontal groups: babies (0-2 years) and toddlers (2-4 years) are kept separate so that activities and the environment are perfectly tailored to their developmental stage. Through play we stimulate language, motor skills and social development. Daily activities include reading aloud, singing, arts & crafts and lots of outdoor play. We also use an accredited Early Childhood Education programme that focuses on the all-round development of your child. Our qualified pedagogical staff are trained to guide young children and provide security, structure and challenge. There is a separate sleeping area with cots and beds, a cosy living-room corner and a safe outdoor playground. Fruit and drinks are included; bottle feeding and any special dietary requirements are arranged in consultation with parents.
