The inspection report of 17 November 2025 concerns daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De peutertuin in Berkel en Rodenrijs, part of Stichting De Paddestoel. The daycare center provides half-day care for 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. Almost all quality requirements were found to be in order, including pedagogical policy, staff and groups, safety policy, and accommodation. There was one violation: staff had insufficient knowledge of the reporting, consultation, and notification obligations in cases of suspected abuse by the holder. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) issued a recovery offer, after which the holder drew up an action plan with additional information and guidance for staff. The violation has been resolved. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
