Summary

Daycare center De Lentemorgen (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) in Almere was inspected unannounced on 10 February 2026 by GGD Flevoland. The location does not meet all assessed requirements. Two shortcomings were identified: the pedagogical policy plan describes five required topics insufficiently concretely, and one staff member is not registered and linked in the Childcare Personnel Register (PRK). The pedagogical practice does meet the requirements: staff work with sensitive responsiveness, children are given room for self-reliance, and social competence is adequately supported. All staff members hold appropriate qualifications and meet the language requirement. The pedagogical policy staff member is deployed sufficiently. The holder received a recovery offer for the PRK shortcoming and discussed measures: monthly checks and a checklist per employee. The holder's response acknowledges the shortcomings and commits to improving the policy.
