The inspection report of 1 December 2025 concerns after-school care (BSO) de Kleine Wonderlamp in Rotterdam, part of gro-up Kinderopvang B.V. The location provides care for 22 children aged 4 to 8 years. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Rotterdam-Rijnmond conducted an unannounced investigation following registration. Most quality requirements were found to be in order, including administration, pedagogical policy and practice, safety and health, premises, and parental rights. One violation was identified: an employee was not correctly linked in the Childcare Personnel Register to the correct type of work (gro-up Kinderopvang B.V. instead of gro-up Peuteropvang B.V.), despite having already started working. The license holder rectified this immediately. A recovery offer was made for the location's website presentation. The GGD advises enforcement.
